Tosha Baker, Marketing Business Management Instructor Mrs. Baker holds an Associate in Science and Arts degree in Business Management from Wabash Valley College, a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with a minor in Marketing, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. She previously served as an Admissions Coordinator at Southern Illinois University-Carbondale, recruiting students from multiple territories through innovative strategies, including community college visits, application workshops, and high school fairs. In addition, Tosha has served as a Theatre House Manager for the Brubeck Theatre at WVC since 2013 and as the Upward Bound Coordinator at WVC since 2017. She provided college and career planning services to Upward Bound participants at target high schools and at their assigned college campus.
