Earlier this year, BraunAbility was looking into providing more training for our employees in our Mt. Carmel location. We were looking for training that would help us communicate better, work together as a team and even some safety training. KaRissa Miller, with IECC, contacted us and we were up and running in no time. KaRissa was a huge help in getting this training arranged for our employees. It was essentially seamless on the part of BraunAbility. We threw out some topics and she made all of the arrangements necessary to make it happen. Even in the middle of our originally planned courses, we threw some other topics out and KaRissa made those happen as well. I would highly recommend anyone looking for more training for their employees to reach out to KaRissa! I look forward to working with her again in the future.

The Lean Training from IECC has been a game changer. It is making us think critically about our processes, streamline our workflow, cut waste and save cost. The team is more engaged, and we are making smarter decisions. Plus, we see long-term benefits, like sustained efficiency and less waste. The training has made a huge difference for MotoRad.

Reflecting on my success in a past Excel class I recently took through Olney Central College was a valuable experience that helped me build both technical and problem-solving skills. At first, I was unfamiliar with many of the program's features. But through consistent effort and practice with this class I was able to grasp the material and gain confidence in using Excel. The class taught me to organize data, use formulas, and create charts to present information clearly. The hands-on approach allowed me to apply what I learned in real life situations. By the end of these classes, I had a strong understanding of Excel basics and even started exploring more advanced features. Looking back, the class not only improved my technical skills but also showed me the value of persistence and active learning. It was a rewarding experience that continues to benefit me today.

The leadership classes I attended were informative and relatable to situations in our workplace from time to time. Kevin was very well versed in workplace situations and used his own experiences to help us understand the training and was willing to use any of our current situations to find resolve. This training helped us understand topics that are key to how we could effectively use the technics going forward. This will continue to be a benefit as a team and individually in the workplace. We do look forward to the next Leadership Classes and what we can learn to increase our management skills from these courses.

Through my leadership training with Kevin, I have gained a deeper understanding of my top five strengths and how to utilize them to drive positive impact in my daily life. I have developed the skills to actively listen and provide constructive feedback, uncovering a newfound appreciation for the transformative power of emotional intelligence. This training has served as a catalyst for growth, enabling me to rebound from setbacks and overcome challenges with resilience and determination. I greatly appreciate Kevin's unwavering dedication to empowering others and would highly recommend his Leadership training.
