Recognition & Incentives
Micro-Certificate & Digital Badge
Upon completion of six required courses, participants receive an official Micro-Certificate in Professional Development and a digital badge for professional portfolios and email signatures.
Professional Development Grant
IECC Adjunct Instructors who complete their first Micro-Certificate are awarded a $500 professional development grant. Funds may be used for conference travel, certifications, books, or related professional activities.
Institutional Recognition
Program completers are recognized through CETL newsletters, website highlights, faculty meeting spotlights, and graduation ceremonies. Completion records are forwarded to HR and supervisors for inclusion in personnel files.
