How to Register for ION Courses

  1. Choose your course from the ION Course Catalog
  2. Click View Course Sections and Enroll
  3. Select your preferred start date if multiple sections exist
  4. Login or create an account using your work email address
  5. Complete participant details
  6. Enter discount code (FM4WK or FM8WK)
  7. Agree to terms and conditions
  8. Complete payment process
  9. Receive confirmation and await course login information (1-2 business days)
Important: Be sure to use your IECC work email address when creating an account. This ensures you receive the organizational discounts available through the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning.

Membership Codes

  • Community Colleges use shared codes: FM4WK for 4-week courses, FM8WK for 8-week courses

Learner Email Requirement

  • Learners must use their school-issued email address when registering to help track discount code usage accurately

Prepaid School Process

  • Schools funding specific courses will receive tailored codes
  • Learners receive a $0 invoice with course costs deducted during reconciliation
  • Tracking links provided to monitor prepaid usage
  • Reconciliation occurs approximately one week after courses begin

Tracking and Support

  • Key contacts receive access to real-time learner tracking in the business portal
  • Contact us if you didn't receive the business portal access email
