Collaborate IECC!

August 7th - Collaborate IECC All-District Workshop

As we embark on a new academic year, our focus is on enhancing our collaborative efforts within and across our newly formed divisions. This workshop marks a significant step for Illinois Eastern Community Colleges as we strive to function as a unified system, leveraging the unique strengths of each campus to build a stronger, more cohesive institution. Our reorganization offers us the chance to improve our educational offerings, streamline operations, and better serve our students and communities. By working together, we can achieve outcomes that surpass what any single campus could accomplish alone. This journey will require patience and understanding as we adapt to new ways of working together. Collaboration is about more than just sharing resources; it’s about understanding different perspectives, finding common ground, and building on our collective strengths. This year, we aim to be deliberate and selective in our goal-setting, focusing on effective collaboration within our new divisions to lay the foundation for future success. Let’s embrace the theme of this workshop—Collaborate IECC—and work together to create a brighter future for our students and institution.
