How to Make a Payment

International Student Payments

All Others

  1. Login to your MyIECC account.

  2. Select "Entrata" 

  3. Go to the "Students" menu.

  4. Find the "Payments and Plans" section. (The first time you access this, you will be prompted to create an account. Simply follow the instructions on the screen to do so.)

  5. Select "Make a Payment/Setup a Plan". 

              Payment Methods

  • Automatic bank payment (ACH)
  • Credit/debit card   (Please note: An additional 2.85% service fee will be charged on credit/debit card payments. This fee will be added to your payment amount.)

Note that Nelnet Business Solutions is IECC’s authorized payment system to pay tuition, fees, or other charges on account. Using Nelnet to pay your tuition in full, does NOT put you on a payment plan. 


Nelnet Payment Plans

Available for both Domestic and International Students
Make college more affordable by paying for tuition and fees over time. Tuition payment plans break down your tuition balance into affordable monthly payments. There's no interest, payment options are flexible, setup fees are affordable, and it's easy to enroll!

Nelnet Business Solutions is IECC's authorized payment system that provides you with a low cost option for budgeting tuition and other educational expenses. It is not a loan program. There are no interest or finance charges assessed, and no credit check. Customer service representatives are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Call 800-609-8056.

Cost to Participate

  • $30 nonrefundable enrollment fee per Plan
  • $30 returned payment fee if a payment is returned

From inside the Banner Web on the Entrata Student Menu: 

  1. Access Banner Web on the Entrata Student Page
  2. From the Banner Student Tab menu look for the Payment Link and Access

    Payment Plan Enrollment Deadlines

    NOTE: All down payments and enrollment fees process immediately. Regularly scheduled payments will process on the 15th of the month for Fall and Spring terms and on the 20th of the month for the Summer term.

    By registering for classes at IECC, students accept full financial responsibility for payment of related expenses by applicable deadlines.  Failure to pay past-due debt may result in additional collection costs and will result in restrictions on the student's ability to register for future classes and to receive official transcripts or other services.
