Doug Robb— Agricultural Business, Lead Instructor

Doug Robb is a dedicated full-time Agriculture Instructor at Wabash Valley College, with a strong background in agriculture education. Having grown up on a 2000-acre grain and livestock farm in Kinmundy, IL, Robb developed a deep passion for agriculture. He pursued his academic interests at Kaskaskia College, where he earned an A.S. degree, and later at the University of Illinois, where he earned both a B.S. in Agriculture Education and an M.S. in Agriculture.

Following his academic pursuits, Robb taught high school agriculture for two years at Mulberry Grove High School in Mulberry Grove, IL, and 12 years at West Richland High School in Noble, IL. In addition to agriculture, he also taught chemistry, physics, and general science courses. As the agriculture teacher, he was also the FFA Advisor, where he guided many successful FFA members. Even today, Robb still participates in and assists at various Section 23 FFA activities.

Since 2007, Robb has served as the Lead Instructor of the Agriculture Technology Business program at Wabash Valley College. His primary focus has been on helping students realize their career aspirations, and he takes immense pride in their accomplishments. In addition to his core responsibilities, he has also taught General Biology I, Introduction to Chemistry, and General Botany courses at WVC.
