For CNAs
Individuals with this certificate may find employment in hospitals, long-term care facilities, home health organizations, memory care facilities, and more.  CNAs will always be an in-demand career choice both locally and nationally. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the job outlook for CNAs is expected to grow by nine percent through 2028, which is faster than average.

For CNAs who continue their education
The Basic Nurse Assistant Training Program is also a pre-requisite for the Associate Degree in Nursing Program, which is offered on all 4 campuses through Illinois Eastern Community Colleges/Olney Central College.
