Student Code of Conduct Report Form

Any member of the college community can submit a Student Code of Conduct Report to document an alleged violation of the IECC Student Code of Conduct. If you prefer not to use the online form, you may contact the IECC Dean of Students directly:

The Dean of Students serves as the Conduct Officer, who receives and reviews all reported incidents and determines the method of investigation.

Respondent Information

The Respondent is the person who allegedly committed a Student Code of Conduct violation.

The Student Code of Conduct applies to all currently enrolled students (including dual-credit and adult education students) and those recently withdrawn due to a Student Code of Conduct violation.

I understand if I knowingly provide false information in connection with this complaint, I may be subject to disciplinary action under the IECC Student Code of Conduct. This submission shall serve as a release of information and consent to review  all records that are related to this complaint. I further understand that if I file this report anonymously, IECC’s ability to conduct an investigation into the particular incident or pursue disciplinary action against the alleged perpetrator(s) may be diminished.
