Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)
The EMT professional is trained to provide basic life-saving care using minimal equipment while waiting on further help to arrive. This certificate also provides the knowledge and skills to meet standards established by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, as well as the Illinois Department of Public Health.
