We will be using Zoom for our virtual FAFSA Night programs. We will offer private breakout rooms so you can work individually with one of our Financial Aid experts.
If you don't have Zoom, you can download it for your desktop/laptop or mobile device HERE.
Zoom Basics
Use the toolbar to mute or unmute your audio.
Select "Start Video" to turn on your video.
Participants will only be allowed to unmute and start video in the breakout room.
Select "Chat" to send messages to everyone.
Select "Participant" to see everyone in the session. You can use this to control audio and video and it contains polling tools and tools to engage with the presenter and other participants (e.g. thumbs up, coffee break, yes or no)
Use the "Leave Meeting" button to close out the session when we are done.
