FSA ID:
Create an FSA ID for you (and one parent if dependent).
This will be the username and password that allows you access to electronically sign and submit the FAFSA, student loan information, and financial aid history.
You will need your Social Security Number and an e-mail address you will have access to in order to complete the process.
You can print out these reminder cards to help you remember your log-in details.

Gather the necessary documents below for yourself and, if you are dependent, for your parent(s) to complete the FAFSA
- Driver's License (if you have one)
- Federal Tax information to include 2020 Tax Returns and/or W-2 information
- Records of untaxed income received such as child support, interest income, and veterans non-education benefits
- Information on cash, savings, and checking account balances, investments (non-retirement), and business or farm assets
