IECC surveys its students and employees annually to gather detailed information relating to its culture and performance. Surveys give students and employees a proactive means to voice their level of satisfaction, recognize institutional success, and identify areas of concern while giving IECC information about its operational experience. IECC applies the knowledge gained from the surveys to improve institutional effectiveness, capabilities, and sustainability.
