Resource Allocation & Management Plan

The Illinois Community College Board (ICCB) is mandated by law to approve the expenditure of state funds for purchase of sites and the construction of facilities and “to determine efficient and adequate standards for community college physical plants.” Upon approval of state-funded capital projects, the ICCB is responsible for developing an annual capital budget request which includes a priority listing of projects for submission to the Illinois Board of Higher Education (IBHE).
