Tina Lindley

Tina Lindley spent 33 years with Marathon Petroleum in Robinson as a Process Technician and Process Specialist prior to joining Lincoln Trail College in 2015. She continues to stay in contact with many professionals in the process industry to stay up with the latest trends in the field. 

“I became an instructor to pass on the knowledge that I have learned within the process technology industry over the years. I want to ensure that my students have what it takes to succeed within their chosen career in the field of process technology.”

Mike Bachelor

Mike Bachelor spent 33 years with Marathon Petroleum prior to joining Lincoln Trail College in 2018. While with Marathon, he operated several process units, worked in the safety department, was active in the Behavior-Based Safety program, and ended his career as a Process Specialist where he developed written procedures and served as an operations troubleshooter. He also spent four years in the US Army where he repaired and installed electronic equipment on helicopters.

“As a third-generation refiner at Marathon, I still have many friends and family in the industry. I also still read industry publications and keep abreast of current developments in the industry. I try to convey an insider’s view of the experiences, language, terms, safety, and responsibility aspects of these jobs. Students need to this real-world information.”
