Welcome to the Office of Institutional Assessment & Effectiveness (IAE) at Illinois Eastern Community Colleges (IECC). Our mission is to support the college's commitment to excellence by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Through our work, we ensure that data-driven decision-making remains at the forefront of institutional practices, helping IECC achieve its strategic goals.
The IAE serves as a hub for assessment, planning, and innovation, providing resources and support to faculty, staff, and administrators. We analyze and report on institutional data, coordinate assessment efforts for academic and co-curricular programs, and facilitate strategic planning processes. By aligning these activities with IECC’s mission, we promote student success and institutional effectiveness.
Whether through enhancing data quality, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, or fostering innovation with tools like Power BI, the IAE is dedicated to advancing institutional success.
