What do I need to do?

• All full-time employees must logon and enroll in Employee Navigator to enroll for benefits effective January 1, 2025.  If you do not participate in Open Enrollment, you will not be enrolled in benefits for 2025.

• Medical Reimbursement Plan (MRP) Participants please email the Medical Reimbursement Enrollment Form.  Current and new participants both need to email the enrollment form to hr@iecc.edu to be enrolled in MRP in 2025.  

• If you want to establish, discontinue, or make changes to your HSA contribution, complete the HSA Payroll Deduction Form. (Do not complete if your 2025 contribution will be the same as 2024.)

• Complete all benefit elections by November 1, 2024 at noon.
