Matilda Auditions at WVC

Wabash Valley College is excited to announce upcoming workshops and auditions for Matilda the Musical. Youth and adult performers are invited to showcase their talents and join the production set to take the stage at the Brubeck Theater.

Matilda Workshop for Youth (Ages 8-17)

• Date: Sunday, January 5th, 2025
• Time: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM (Required for auditions)
  • Vocals: 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM
  • Dance: 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM
• Ages: 8-17
• Details: At least one parent or guardian must attend to complete necessary paperwork.

Youth Auditions (Ages 8-17)

• Date: Monday, January 6th, 2025
• Time: Doors open at 5:45 PM
  • Vocal Auditions: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
  • Group Dance Auditions: 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Adult Auditions (Ages 18 and Over)

• Date: Tuesday, January 7th, 2025
• Time: Doors open at 5:45 PM | Auditions begin at 6:00 PM (until finished)

Location:

Brubeck Theater, Wabash Valley College
(Enter through the stage door; signs will be posted.)

Important Notes for Participants:

• Parking is available south of the theater; please avoid parking in the circle drive.
• Wear comfortable clothing, dance shoes, or tennis shoes.
• Auditions are closed to the public. Parents/guardians may wait in the band room during auditions.
