How to fill out a Help Desk Issue


  1. Go to: 
  2. Click on the green “Open a new Ticket” button
  3. Enter your email address and your NETWORK/EMAIL password
  4. You may need to verify your information and click "Register"
  5. On the form:  Select a Help Topic (unsure select “Other"), Enter a Issue Summary and Details -ALL ARE REQUIRED-
  6. Click “Create Ticket”

Be sure and provide detailed information in the Issue Details.  You may format text and insert screen shots in the details area.  You may attach a file to the issue that will asset us.
