Job Fair at FCC March 28

Frontier Community College in Fairfield is hosting a Job Fair on Wednesday, March 28. The event will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Workforce Development Center on FCC’s campus.  The job fair is designed to give individuals the chance to meet face-to-face with potential employers in a large setting and learn about employment opportunities.  The job fair is open to the public, and there is no fee for job seekers to attend.

Employers are registering to attend, so another large turnout is expected for this year’s job fair.

Updates to the list are ongoing as businesses confirm attendance.  Currently, those who are attending include: Aerotek (hiring agency for Toyota), Carmi Manor Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, Champion Laboratories, Christopher Rural Health, Community Care Systems, Elastec, Fairfield Memorial Hospital, Gallatin Manor, Illinois Dept. of Employment Security, ManPower, Pepsi Mid America, SSM Health Illinois, Training-Safety Management Company, United Methodist Village, and Wabash Valley Services.

Businesses that are interested in reserving a table can contact Julie Bryant, Coordinator of Marketing and Public Information, at 842-3711 or by e-mail at
