Cast Selected for WVC-WVAC Fall Community Theatre Production

Artistic  Director Lynn Kinkade has announced the cast of the Wabash Valley College/Wabash Valley Arts Council community theatre production, “Last Round-Up Of The Guacamole Queens,” which will be presented October 19 and 20 at 7:30 p.m. and October 22 at 1:30 p.m. in the Brubeck Theatre.

Cast members include:  Cynthia Shaw-Cee Cee Windham & Tanzie Lockhart, Elizabeth Anne Pearson-Jimmie Wyvette Verdeen, Patti Hanzel-Peaches Verdeen Belrose, Colette Grigsby-Gaynelle Verdeen Bodeen, Louise Acree-LaMerle Verdeen Minshew, Bill Berry-Aubrey Verdeen, Karen Parker-Dixie Davenport,  Carolyn Highhouse-Ennis Crowder Puckett,  Janet Anderson-Della Crowder, Joe Thompson-Grover Lout, Andrew Jordan-Dewey Davenport, Jim Parker-Raynerd Chisum.   Eric Carroll is serving as  Stage Manager, with Jim Thread as Assistant Stage Manager.

This non-stop hilarious Southern-fried farce is another deliciously funny comedy written by the team of Jessie Jones, Nicholas Hope, and Jamie Wooten.  Lynn Kinkade will guest direct this third and final sequel in the trilogy featuring the Verdeen cousins.  “The Red Velvet Cake War” and “Rex’s Exes” were the first two hilarious productions involving the Verdeen cousins that were staged in the Brubeck Arts Center.  This final production of the trilogy will guarantee gut-busting laughter.  The storyline is centered on an attempt to stage the ultimate Sweetgum High School reunion.  You’ll laugh so much you might even consider attending your next high school reunion!
