How to fill out a Help Desk Issue
- Go to: https://helpdesk.iecc.edu
- Click on the green “Open a new Ticket” button
- Enter your @iecc.edu email address and your NETWORK/EMAIL password
- You may need to verify your information and click "Register"
- On the form: Select a Help Topic (unsure select “Other"), Enter a Issue Summary and Details -ALL ARE REQUIRED-
- Click “Create Ticket”
Be sure and provide detailed information in the Issue Details. You may format text and insert screen shots in the details area. You may attach a file to the issue that will asset us.
