Degree Evaluation Through ENTRATA

It's easy, runs quickly and will let you know what degree requirements remain for graduation. If you would like to view requirements needed for an additional degree, in Step 6, select the "What If" link and follow the steps in Step 6b.

Step 1 - Log into your ENTRATA account.

Step 2 - Click on Student Services Course Schedule link in the left hand column.

Step 3 - Click on Banner Web - at the top of the column on the far right.

Step 4 - Select Degree Evaluation from the list.

Step 5 - Select the current term.

Step 6a - Your current degree should be listed. If so, click on "Generate New Evaluation" at the bottom of the page and go to Step 7.

Step 6b - If a degree program does not display or a program displays which is no longer of interest to you, select current term and click on What-If Analysis and follow these steps:

A. Select the current term. Click Continue
B. Select your major from the drop down list. Click Continue.
C. Use drop down menus to complete the information.
D. Click Submit.
E. Your major will be displayed. Click on "Generate Request".
F. Your evaluation will display.
G. Step 7 does not apply to you.

Step 7 - Click the dot by "Program" and always select the current term from the drop down list if it does not automatically fill with the current term. Click on "Generate Request". Your evaluation will display. If you would like to print, set your printer to landscape setting.
