NC-SARA - State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement for Distance Education
Distance Education Students Residing Outside of Illinois: Illinois Eastern Community Colleges endeavors to offer all of its courses and programs to as wide an audience as possible and participates in the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements (NC-SARA) to enhance the quality and expand access to IECC’s educational offerings.

Important Note for Prospective Students: If you are considering an academic program that leads to a professional license in your state, it is highly recommended that you first seek guidance from the appropriate licensing agency in your home state BEFORE beginning the academic program located outside your state.
